Dear Pacific Cookie Fans,
I am sad to announce that today is my last day with Pacific Cookie Company. I will be moving to Arizona where my husband will be pursuing a GeoChemistry PhD at Arizona State University. Although I am excited to begin the next phase of my life in the social media/website design world, I am sad to leave and have truly enjoyed giving you the “inside scoop” of Pacific Cookie Company over the past two years.
Over my time here, I have truly come to see how a small business operates, and am happy to say that the Pearson family is truly dedicated to baking you the best possible cookie…ever! I couldn’t imagine finding a better Oatmeal Raisin cookie anywhere else – so perfectly crispy on the outside yet chewy on the inside, and the deliciously plump raisins that pull the entire cookie together. I’ll be hard pressed to find something as delicious to compliment my morning coffee!
But fear not, your monthly behind-the-scenes look will be taken over by my replacement, Caitlin. She has a great eye for the fun stories you love, and better yet, is a wonderful photographer in her spare time so she will be able to capture some great shots for you.
So thanks again for all of the wonderful comments and posts you have left for us; keep it up! Without further ado, here’s to Caitlin! Welcome to the Pacific Cookie Company family! 🙂
